Gail and Ron Patak are the founders of Garden Truck Foods and have been making 100% plant based cuisine for over a decade and they brought their culinary skills to this new dinner series. “Our vision is to give the community of Jacksonville a 5 star dining experience in plant-based food, offering a community gathering place to celebrate creating a more compassionate world one meal at a time”

SUGGESTED CUISINE
Each dinner will focus on a region of the culinary world and feature adapted, plant based versions of that region's most cherished dishes. “It really is possible to adapt most foods, even savory ones, over to plant based versions”, says Chef Gail, “We will present five courses, each with a vegan wine pairing to enhance the flavors of each dish”

CONSERVATION + COMPASSION GO HAND IN HAND
Each Farm to Table dinner will feature a foundation that focuses on conservationism or animal welfare.
